Biography
Prof. Lerfall is leader of the Food Science division at the Department of Biotechnology and Food Science, and coordinator of the priority area “Optimal utilization of the ocean’s natural resources– Optimat” at the Faculty of Natural Sciences. Prof. Lerfall serves the role of local PI, and contributes to the TraceMyFish project with his expertise on blue value chains, processing of seafood, food chemistry and food safety. Prof. Lerfall is the local PI at NTNU leading WP 2 and WP 7. Prof. Lerfall will moreover contribute with his expertise of the blue value chain, processing of seafood, food chemistry and food safety throughout the whole project.
