Prof. Emeritus Arason has through his over 40 years of research and collaboration experience developed an extraordinary relation to the Icelandic fishing industry, providing his expertise in processing and traceability, and the physical and chemical properties of food, feed and utilization of underutilized raw materials, side-streams, and by-products.
