Atle Hannisdal is a TraceMyFish project participant with expertise in risk assessment and HACCP and will contribute in WP2 and 7.
Anita Nordeng Jakobsen
Associate prof. Jakobsen has a MSc. degree in chemistry and biotechnology and a PhD in heterotrophic microbial production of omega-3 fatty acids. Her research activities are mainly related to food microbiology, food safety and shelf-life studies.
Jørgen Lerfall
Prof. Lerfall is leader of the Food Science division at the Department of Biotechnology and Food Science, and coordinator of the priority area “Optimal utilization of the ocean’s natural resources– Optimat” at the Faculty of Natural Sciences.
